DC Fix It is a prototype 311 app designed to show residents that we don’t have to settle for ineffective, inefficient government systems.
You told us the current 311 system wasn't working, so we got to work. After analyzing thousands of reviews and speaking with the community, our team rebuilt the 311 app to actually serve you.
New features in the app, called DC Fix It, include allowing users to submit requests more easily, track the progress of their requests, see requests their neighbors have submitted, filter through reports, annotate photos, and pinpoint issues with precision geolocating.
